Join our design team to shape the user experience of cutting-edge AI-powered corporate governance solutions. You’ll be responsible for making complex legal and compliance processes intuitive and accessible, designing interfaces that help business professionals navigate sophisticated AI tools with confidence and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design process from research to implementation.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web applications.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive design system documentation.
• Collaborate with product managers to define user requirements.
• Work closely with developers to ensure design implementation quality.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders and executive team.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to design culture.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of UX/UI design experience, preferably in B2B or enterprise software.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating complex workflow design and data visualization.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or similar design tools.
• Experience with design systems and component libraries.
• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1).
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic frontend development principles.
• Experience designing for AI/ML applications is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field.
